I have an issue with my brand new Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super OC Gaming.
Normally fans don't spin at all, which is normal for this GPU, but when they do start spinning under load, they're just stuck at 100% and stay like that until I shutdown my PC. Same thing happens when I try to manually control them with MSI Afterburner - any non-zero value turns them on and then nothing will stop them.
I tried reinstalling drivers (newest and older; with DDU) and resetting BIOS, but it didn't help.
Anything else I can do before RMA?

If it is brand new, as you say, it is absolutely natural to return it.
If you do a lot of handicrafts there, it is no longer possible.
Do this before it's too late.

It might be some kind of software problem, that's why I ask. I won't tinker with the card itself obviously.

When googling your thread title i found more people experiencing this, it seems to be a factory defect, so best to RMA it.

Windows 10 got an update and that fixed the issue. That's bizarre.
