AWARD Bios tools that backup current BIOS ?

    Hi,

    I'm thinking about fiddling with my Award Bios to incorporate a SLIC 2.1
    but there are so many tools available, can somepoint point me to a Award Bios Flash tool that is able to first create a backup of the current BIOS ?

    Depends on your Motherboard.
    On mine, (Gigabyte GA-MA69GM-S2H)I just used the built in tools of the Bios itself (Q-Flash)

    This allows you to boot to the BIOS, Save the active BIOS to a USB Drive, and Load a new one from the Same Drive. No DOS Disk or running from Windows needed.

    Thanks Tlinux,

    So tools like AWARD FLASH don't have the ability to backup the existing BIOS first ?:(
