    Does anyone have 1st hand experience with Windscribe vs PIA and/or VPNSecure? I have both and the lag seems excessive (< 20% of my open speed). I've yet to try the free Windscribe and am wondering if that is speed throttled along with the data cap?

    Oh, and thank you for the giveaway thread :)
