    Hi,

Is it possible to "upgrade" Windows 8 Enterprise and make it be Windows 8 Pro while keeping my softwares ?
I downloaded the Pro .iso, but when launching setup, it only proposes me to keep my files. I wish I could keep my installed software too, because I have lots installed and I don't want to install everything again...

Is there some sort of tricks to keep them ?

By software, I mean all software, such as Microsoft Office, Google Chrome, Photoshop...(not just Metro apps).

    Thanks in advance.

Wouldn't that invalidate your activation for the Enterprise though?

Oh that's great. But then, would just that enable the MediaFoundation codecs needed to have Media Playback in the Metro applications ?

I guess it wont install them . Might be easier to make these codecs work in Enterprise...
