which files or folder do i need to copy on my new windows 7 64-bit install to transfert my activated office 2010 on my new windows 7 installation ?
the new windows 7 is installed on the same laptop so I should activate office 2010 by copying files created by the activation on the old windows 7 install, no ?

Just use the office toolkit to reactivate. No need to really save any of the office files if your going to clean install.

    http://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/18746-Office-2010-Toolkit-and-EZ-Activator.

It also has the option to backup and restore activation.

thanks a lot for the help,
i didnt search enough before i posted my request, sorry.
I found also on the forum someone who made a script to save the activations files and regfiles, seems to work like the office toolkit.
