Going to try openSUSE

    So it's stripped down as well I noticed. Only 974 MB instead of almost 5 gigs.

    That Gecko is more like Mint. I have tried that OpenSuse but.... OS is quite improve but..... not like Linux.:weep:

    The download from the GeckoLinux site is extremely slow lol. Also waiting on a Manjaro download as well.

    Every kernel 4 and above makes a loud popping noise on boot. Is there anyway to keep the sound muted for like 10 seconds after boot so I don't hear that? Also Manjaro was a flop, I suppose I should stick with Debian based until I get more comfortable with Linux.

    Manjaro is quite good :eek: certainly better than poopy Mint. What exactly was the issue you had with it ?

    I'm just more used to using debian I guess, not really that familiar with kde either. I guess I could always try it out on a vm.

    Here I cannot make IntelHD4400 with nvidia840m to work together.Wireless card,no way!Is about Broadcom802n wireless adapter.
