Good reason to move from old windows to windows 8.1

    I think many people will move to windows 8.1 if Microsoft will fix the deleting of thumbnail cache in "Winodws 8.1 2014 Update".

    Yea, im sure the thumbnail cache is the main reason people stick with older versions of windows......... not
