Got wind from MS :O

    Got an email from MS today, like 10 pages long telling me about the DMCA violation I commited etc., had to remove the file from my dropbox. :O

    Bit late for them to try to stop things like this. Good old microsoft, maybe they should forget bing and use trusty google.

    Your hoster has violated your privacy and has given illegally your e mail address to M$.
    So the action of M$ is based on a felony.
    Anyway we were and are concerned about softmods. And it was only a matter of time till that will happen.
    Some of our moderators still agree to remove them all.... we will wait and see...

    These things are usually just talk. I have removed the file from my hoster so there should be no more problems. Besides, its educational purposes only :D

    Some idi*ts gave your email to M$?
    Scr*w them.
    If M$ can blacklist the OEM keys, they should not be worry at all.:confused:

    It seems that MS didn't email Hazar. It was DropBox saying that it was removed because of DMCA. Just regular stuff.

    To be fair, I think I'm making this out to be much worse than it is.

    It wasn't ACTUALLY MS who emailed me, it was my hoster saying they received a takedown request from MS and that if I didn't they would take legal action etc. I heard this happens all the time now. Not to worry.
