The Store has the Photos app, it's listed as Microsoft Photos and wouldn't have any dependencies if it's listed on the Store. You can install most if not all the original apps for Windows 10 through the Store, just minus Cortana and Edge which have actual system dependencies and would be updated via the actual OS upgrade rather than through the Store. On a side note, jeez the Photos app is bloated, it's listed on the Store as 314 MB.
Updated the archive post found here https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...terprise-ltsc-ltsb.70741/page-22#post-1419464 and added the following Upon the release of Windows Enterprise 2018 LTSC that particular post will be updated to the most current working copy for 2015 and 2016 and will serve as planned, as an archive. From that point forward post #1 (the OP) and the rest of this thread will focus solely on 2018 release and no further support will be offered for 2015 or 2016. The only reason why anyone focused on both 2015 and 2016 was that of Microsoft and how both editions were released less than a full a year apart (despite their name). There is a lot of speculation on why Microsoft quickly pushed out another edition, but I personally have always held to the belief that 2015 was a little more unfinished and 2016 seemed more polished. And if Microsoft hypothetically ends up releasing 2019 shortly after releasing 2018, yes, a "best effort" will be given to support both. But in honest truth, I think this development will do best by keeping with the most current LTSC (formally known as LTSB) release as possible.
Always will be forever greatful and thankful to you @abbodi1406 Please look after this for me and for everyone here on MDL.
Hey! I installed the store, hoping i can play Forza. The store works fine, but won't install Forza because my Windows is not compatible. Is there a way to install the Game anyway? byebye
Thank you! Do you mean Windows 10 Pro? I installed this LTSB version to get rid of bloatware and stuff. Worked out great so far, until i discovered that i need a windows store to play Forza -.-
forza 3 does work, but forza 4 for example needs a higher windows version to work. there is no workaround to get it working on our ltsb version. either you install the newest home/pro/edu/enterprise edition or you wait a few weeks for the newest ltsb version
yep bro, and for get rid of a lot of bloatware you can use this most amazing tool here in MDL (MSMG Toolkit v8.8) you can encounter in section MDL Projects and Aplications but first read carefully your Readme.txt before start removing anything ok
Cool. Can you confirm that i can install games (that i bought), like Forza and Gears of War on server?
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2019 got released a few hours ago, anyone tested if the current method still works? E.g. en_windows_10_enterprise_ltsc_2019_x64_dvd_74865958.iso Edit: Clarified what I am talking about
