Enterprise 1903 should come with the Store, only LTSB/C comes without, last LTSC was 1809, next will be around 2022.
Microsoft Store cannot be opened with the default administator account but im not using the default admin account.

that has changed a long time ago. ever since 1709 the built-in administrator account can launch the store and any other UWP app. -andy-
Worked for me. Thanks so much abbodi! But, how do I prevent Windows Store from installing whatever it wants? I just discovered "Quick Assist" and "Video Editor" in my start menu haha... Thanks!
MS store app package version 11904.1001.113.0 is available (the MS Store app shows v11904.1001.1.0 on the Settings page)
