True. Please, a small guide with names of cabs, how to extract.
And ideally a MEGA share with extracted CABs and a batch to integrate.

I was able to locate these two files:

Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package00~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.16299.15.mum
Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-WOW64-Package00~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.16299.15.mum

But these two files I can't locate:

Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-Package00~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.16299.15.mum
Microsoft-Windows-Client-Features-WOW64-Package00~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~en-US~10.0.16299.15.mum

Great, I was able to add features. Now I boot to Core, can run MMC and Explorer.
How can I make Start Menu and Explorer as default shell?
Can it be native Menu? Settings app?

i has added package00 but boot only show black screen

Did you get explorer.exe from Win10 1709 x64? In my case it just works.
