yeap im copied to windows 10 1709 x64 tested c:\windows\explorer.exe and syswow64\explorer.exe 32 and 64-bit explorer none opens even by opening in administrator mode

im instaled this pack

Can't help you here. In my case, exactly four above MUMs and two files works

i had install Microsoft-Windows-Desktop-Shared-Drivers-drivers-Package and install audio drivers but not see windows audio services in services.msc, maybe i missing any package???

 

I see, you removed the list with bold subpackages, before I tried. Can you please PM it?
