    I extracted Hyper-V Server 2008 licensing files but could not succeed to add working system. Is there any way to extract Hyper-V Server 2008 (mu_hyper-v_server_2008_x64_dvd_x14-87935.iso) files? It does not use dism it uses pkgmgr.

    2008's license files are not separated in packages as they are in the newer versions. But how did you extract them, in which form, have you packed them in a proper cab file?
