    1. for all devices?
    actually yes low end or not you can use this method

    2. why using buoy?
    this app will customize battery saver setting
    (Required WRITE_SECURE_SETTING permission)

    3. root or not?
    universal you can use this method even on non rooted devices if you use root method it's highly recommended that you using magisk because we use magisk module to save your resource
