When this app was released at that time it showed me that my inbuilt bluetooth might be a issue and rest everything is fine. Now when i opened it up today morning it shows me my CPU is not compatible and system wont be updated to windows 10. This is my Dell laptop and Dell is selling this laptop with Ubuntu, Windows 7 and Windows 8.1. CPU is Intel i3-4005U Ram 4GB Since i bought this laptop with windows 7 but others have bought same config with Windows 8.1. How MS will be handling it and how come my CPU is all of a sudden not compatible with windows 10.
One reason I could think of is some CPU function/features had been locked, maybe not by you, but by some software you used.
Is it Win 7 Pro or Win 7 Home Premium, you probably need to go to windows update and get sp1 (Service Pack 1) or it may be on Microsoft main site under downloads, but remember Pro upgrades to Win 10 Pro, Win 7 Sp1 Home Premium upgrade to Win 10 Home. After you have installed sp1 it should be good to go with Win 10
Maybe your right, he has sp1 already, Maybe it's what Faikee said, I'd start uninstalling programs until he's eligible
I wouldn't give anything on this stupid add . I didN't reserve a copy since i don't want it being downloaded in background. When RTM hits the surface i will download, install in VM for tests, then do the Upgrade via mounted ISO from with in my Windows. Obviously after creating a System Image.
It say report last generated on 22/06/2015 that too at 3:46AM Moreover i have installed Google photos backup Teamviewer 10 VLC Media Player Java 8 update 45 Google Drive Acrobat XI Firefox Developer Edition These all have been installed in the month of June. Now i dont see any of these programs to play with my CPU features. And i can generate a report of CPU Z and it can point if there is any discrepancy with the features?
i think this is the best option..without waiting for microsoft judge about if your pc is compatibility or not
Search the web for the windows 8.1 compatibility checker. It has the same requirements, so it should give the same result.
checked with the compatibility checker for 8.1 and it shows compatible. Microsoft makes it so confusing.
Code: schtasks /run /TN "\Microsoft\Windows\Application Experience\Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser" or directly Code: %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe aepdu.dll,AePduRunUpdate -nolegacy %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe appraiser.dll,DoScheduledTelemetryRun
The direct codes are not working here The specified module could not be found on the first one second one does nothing
And what about the legit key of Windows 8? Because I also don´t want to download in the background, because I have two PC's and two VM running with legit key..
