H&B 2013: Kill klick-to-run, possible?

    I've got one official H&B 2013 retail-activated.

    Is it possible to kill click-to-run?

    If yes, how?

    In a nutshell, No. I tried everything legally permissable and that is the only way to install retail versions. I got a refund from M$ and went back to 2010.
