H61M-U3S3 BIOS Mod Help (Not exactly modding more general question)

    I have an AsRock H61M-U3S3 Motherboard and wanted to know.

    1. If there a specific Manufacturer SLP ect that should be added. Depending on the board?

    2. How do I flash the BIOS, especially when I have 2 .20 files downloaded from here.

    3. Has anyone modded this BIOS and Flashed it with no issues. Especially when I'm coming from 1.10 to 1.20.
