    go here:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update\

    and change AUOptions value to 1 - 4 :
    1 = Never check
    2 = Just Check for updates but dont download them
    3 = Automatic download updates but dont install them
    4 = Automatic download and install updates

    PS:
    i dont know what CachedAUOptions do but i changed its value like AUOptions, exactly what Win8 did in its register.

    to disable tracking, one may disable/kill the highlighted entries (in Blue).

    you don't need to change CachedAUOptions like AUOptions, because its value zeroed.

    The program is PC Hunter - you can find it with Google. Look for version 1.33. No need to go to the Chinese site and try to figure out the download link.

    On my Windows 10 many options (Auto update, customer experience...) in control panel are grayed out and cannot be toggled off, but they are configurable in gpedit.msc .

    From gpedit.msc: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows Update\Configure Automatic Updates

    Set it to Disabled for "Never check for updates (not recommended)".
