Having DLL problems

    I just installed a new game and when I try to run the executable an error message pops up that says

    "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer"

    I downloaded the dll file drol dll-files.com but now when I try to run the game, nothing happens. I have Windows 7 64 bit so I added the dll file to the SysWow64 folder.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Reboot and see what happens. If that has no effect, uninstall and reinstall the program; installations do go awry. Good advice from FFManHole
