    But if i instal win 7 home premium i can activate with that gigabyte key no problems using the method i used before correct?

    I think yes, but you still need the proper key (for Gigabyte).

    I tried it before mate but theres no way of activating fully

    I dont want to have to reinstal windows 7 when the expirey date passes lol

    No any loader for Windows 8, but there are two ways of activating. Just read the Windows 8 forum carefully. ;)
