I'm using win7 x86 with 2 GB DDR3 RAM on my Intel DH55TC desktop board having core i3 CPU and ATI 4350 series 1gb Graphics card since July 18'2010, and never had problem with my Video Controller.. I used the drivers came with the board, and the G.CARD, when ever I re installed the OS.. Now, I added 2 GB RAM more(same speed, 1333 MHz), re installed the OS (this time x64), and one additional hardware is appeared in the "device manager" called "video controller", and after installing all the drivers it's still "question marked".. The H/w ID says it needs intel HD graphics, but when I'm trying to install that driver, BSoD error occurs.. I tried so many thing, like removed the new RAM and installed the x86 OS again, but the problem didn't go.. The whole computer is working fine without the videos.. The ATI graphics h/w with it's driver is being installed and working fine, but after that also videos and the games are not running well... What to do now with the "video controller", please help me... Thanks, Deb....

But When I'm installing the driver, computer crashes with BSoD error.. I never found this h/w in "device manager" before.. I can't play NFS mW 2012, running slow.. The game running fine in my laptop with no External G Card...
Don't install it instead see if you can extract the EXE to a folder. Then update the driver through devce manager.
problem is bios related to intel hd being used at same time as pci-e ati. disable it in bios if possible. or dissable in device manager
Thanks.. I updated the BIOS downloading the new one from intel driver website.. That didn't work.. Same thing I was thinking, that previously I never had both of the devices together... Tell me how to disable that from BIOS???? I did disable it from Device manager, that didn't work either, game is running slow......
