    Hello all,

after fresh installing of the latest Win 10 build, my headphones sound volume is not equal on my headphones.

My left headphone has very low sound volume.

Please help me to fix this issue.

@happyxman you already search for drivers on web or manufacturer...

I've already installed the audio driver from my mobo's manufacturer website.

First of all, how are your headphones connected? Is the connection OK if it is mechanical, ie wired? In the case of an electronic connection, whether the batteries are OK and if possible, balance set equal.
Is the Sounds balance set to equal (Controlpanel => Sounds => Heardphones => Properties => Balance).
If all is OK, try reinstalling the device driver.

Seems possibly a headphones problem rather than a Windows problem. Even wireless headphones would have internal electronic components and connections. Can you test them somewhere else?

I have tested the headphones on my mobile phone, and both of them had equal sound volume.

I have also tested another headphones on my PC and the left headphone is quieter too like fie the other headphones.
I tested the other headphones on my phone and they both have equal sound volume.

Frequently encountering situations like these drove me to install an additional OS on a separate partition (dual-booting).

Dual-booting makes it very simple to isolate if the problem is due to hardware or the OS.

Just boot into the other OS and check if the same problem persists.

If yes, then it is most probably a hardware-related (motherboard) issue.

If not, it is due to a corrupted OS installation.

The above conclusions are based on the assumption that the headphones themselves are working properly on a different device (mobile phone, media player, etc.).

    Thank you very much!
    I dual-booted Ubuntu,and the issue still persisted.

So,you think it's the mobo right?
Is there a way for fixing that issue?
Is there anything I can do?

You haven't said much about how it connects. Bluetooth, usb, 3.5 mm headphone jack?

At first it was rumored that it is Windows 10. Now all of a sudden Ubuntu or hell knows what at all, and it still doesn't work.
Then it is even to the hedgehog clear that this is a hardware problem.
There is nothing more to discuss.
It's clear that this isn't a problem with reinstalling Windows 10 and nor is a driver issue.
Must be hardware problem and probably a village blacksmith can help.

True enough. It should be taken to some sort of hardware forum.

I plugged the headphones into the front audio jack and the both channels sounded equally.

What does this mean,is my motherboard failing (because it is an on-board audio)?
