My computer doesn't recognize my mic on my headset when I plug it into the headset Jack it only recognizes it when I put it in the microphone jack, is there a way to make it work by plugging it into the headset jack so it recognizes my mic tooThanks!
What computer are you using? Some desktops have multiple audio jacks and you need to select in the control panel which you are using. Does the headset have separate mic and speaker jacks? If it's both in one plug, you'll probably need a splitter. Have you used the headset in anther device to verify it works?
I have a mic and a headset jack if i plug it in headset jack sound works but not mic and vice versa for the mic jack
