Hi there if anyone can help me it would be great!! I had the genuine thing come up i took it off with directions from your site. it came back. and today it locked me out. i cant do anything they only way im online now is cuz its waiting for me to put in new key code and you can get online from there, i cant see my desktop or anything. it wants a new key i fished out the old one with some magic jelly bean finder, but still comming up invalid. i dont have any discs to recover with, my idiot friend wiped my comp and thats how i got in this mess!! if anyone can please help me i would really really appreciate it. i hope this message is even in the right spot!! thanks
