    @ipx OP is asking something else. He/she is asking how to add Desktop Experience to Server Core, not how to make Server edition look like a client (desktop) edition.
    @ynqingliu Server 2016/2019 comes in Core and Full GUI (Desktop Experience) editions. Although there are work around to install GUI on Core, but it's better to use the original ISO with GUI. You can download an Eval version free of charge from Microsoft Tech site.
