    It's a .gif so I'm not sure it can be resized without canceling the animation. If you can please try but anyway hella funny pic...lol

    Size meaning more than 19.5 KB

    I think it's like 27 KB

    Just tried to resize and you are right, it cancels the animation. :(
    However its 80x80 pixels so its just fine. :)

    Well it would suck without the animation maybe there could be exception for slightly larger avatar than 19.5

    Well I would just do it for laughs. It's the avatar I use at all the sites I up at. My close second choice is the fonz though. Gotta love the fonz...
