Hello, Winxp is old system. 1 - Burn the iso on a cd and format. 2 - Do not use Fat. Use NTFS. Note: Make sure that your motherboard has support for XP
can you tell us more information? acer model no: ...? sha1 of the source: ... etc... Have you checked the internal hdd? maybe has some "bads".
Always use NTFS as fat, Fat can only handle files that are 4gb and less. NTFS has added security etc... Have you tried pressing F8 upon startup and going into safe mode?
