    Just Use The Bluesoleil 6.4.249.0 Software That Works perfectly in windows 7...

    pair your device

    If its a phone your tring to connect to I can tell you how to connect a razr otherwize your on your own It's called pair google it with name of the device your trying to connect. you don't need any third party sofware
