    Hi,

I've installed the latest official Tech Preview (x86). The installation went fine. It reboots, the recommended settings appears. I go through that selecting my options, finish that section.

When I get to the next stage where it is settings up apps, then just has a blank white screen.

    Any help is much appreciated!

    Specs:

    Dell Optiplex 7010

    Intel i3
    2Gb RAM
    250Gb HDD

Thanks for the reply. I have tried 2 separate iso's, both with the same issue.

It seems to me a hardware failure or Windows 10 bug/incompatibility for that specific PC model.

That's rather annoying :weep:. The hashes are matching up. I'm at work so don't have any other machines apart from Dell's to try it on.

    I imagined that. Sorry.
Was your machine working fine before?
    Which OS? How long ago?
I'm trying to make it easy for you, I mean to pinpoint a hardware failure or incompatibility.

I was running a standard image of Win 7 x86 Ent. Never had a problem with the machine.

Then most likely you have an incompatibility between Windows 10 and your specific hardware. Maybe at RTM you should check and again hopefully M$ did fix it.

Most likely it's the internal Graphic Card an Intel HD Graphic!! And that GPU is also internal of the CPU!! That Dell also maybe came with an AMD Radeon 7470 or 7570 Card and if so, than you may need to disable the build in Intel GPU(if possible??)!
