help desk ppl and admins

    to help desk ppl and admins, what do use for a help desk ticket system and how many tickets do u get a day and the amount of employees in the company do you have?

    I personally am currently at 6 open tickets. (ABSOLUTELY hate it when someone opens a ticket then goes on vacation)
    Not a company per se, but we have several hundred people using it.
