Help: Error uninstaling office 2003 and when open 2013

    Hello!

    I have a lot of problems with my 2 offices:

    2003: dont' uninstall (don't have permissions to delete ".tif" file on registry). I used all options (including prompt when restart): the key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\.tif (used this command: REG DELETE)
