Help Flashing Bios Acer aspire e5 411

Hi everyone, first of all thankyou for reading this.

I need help re-flashing my bios.
its an Acer aspire E5 411

I delete all stock partitions of the Harddrive, and installed windows 8.1 pro then i have problems with the keyborad and mouse, then laptop do nothing.

when i try to turn on this happens
-power led turn on
-Cooler Fan turn on like 1 or 2 secs then turn off (some times Cooler fan turns on very strong and doesnt turn off)
-hard drive turn on like 1 or 2 secs then turn off

I try this

without battery
-conect usb drive (2gb, FAT, inside only ZQMB.bin and ZQMB.fd)
-press keys Esc+fn
-conect power cable
-press power button
-release keys Esc+Fn when the power led starts flashing or blinking (dont know how to say the light turn on and off on 1 sec intervals).

this laptop have 2 USB port 2.0 and 1 USB port 3.0
15-20 min and nothing happens
I try the 3 usb ports

I extracted ZQMB.bin from .exe bios downloaded from acer wbsite
ZQMB.bin and ZQMB.fd are the same file, just renamed the extencion to ".fd"
I try to use phoenixtool to get the correct file name for this kind of flash but show only this:

got this using both files "ZQMB_112.exe" and "ZQMB.fd"


this message pop up right after the program do what ever it do

Yellow: original bios file dowloades from acer webside for acer aspire E5 411
Red: unziped files from "BIOS_Acer_1.12_A_A (4).zip"
Green: Extracted folder from file "ZQMB_112.exe" (many files in this folder for bios update from windows including "ZQMB.bin")
Blue: files created by phoenixtool

I cant see any name or something that I cant understand

How can I find the correct name? i was reading about phoenixTool on this forum, but I dont know how to use it

 

then what can I do?
