    Hello everyone,
I'm new to this forum and I would like some help to understand how to build my custom up-to-date W10 LTSC 2019 from scratch. Now, I've read the main, sticky thread [DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Final Build 19041/2.1/208/264/329/388/450 (PC) [20H1/2 vb_release] where all the info are there, but honestly I'm lost to understand the right steps for my purpose.

After 4 days trying to do so, reading hours and hours through the various pages, I reached my limit, I'm exhausted...but I don't want to give up. Sure, I can download the ISO of my interest and done, but I'm stubborn...so please, be patient with me!
    These my doubts:

    1) For what I understand, the purpose of the the above thread and its tools is to allow the user to create specific LTSC version 17763.xxx without download each time the complete ISO. So, starting from the first build 17763.1 and a specific SVF patch file containing the up-to-date data, anyone can create an identical ISO (refresh) as it is on MS side?

    2) If "1)" is correct, whenever I need a new 17763.xxx refresh, is imperative to start from LTSC 17763.1 or I can use let's say 17763.316 as a base to build the subsequent versions through the SVF files?

    3) I'm trying also to build LTSC 2019 - 17763.316 with IT-it LP and I wonder if the process is the same as above:
    starting from 17763.1 EN-us + SVF (17763.316 IT-it).

Definitely all my questions and assumptions are wrong, I'm sorry guys, my post is not intended to disrespect anyone.

Thank you very much for any help

    Yes.
SVF files on MDL will only be the originally released by MSFT ones, 17763.1 and 17763.107 and 17763.316.

No integrating a LP is not the same as using the svf files, with svf files it will be a 100% genuine and localized MVS ISO.

Here is the Enterprise 2019 LTSC Overview post, it contains info about downloading and content of the officially released 2019 LTSC ISOs, it also contains direct MVS ISO downloads for it (by @luzea):
