    Dear all,
I am newbie with AMI bios,
my past experience with Bios are all with AWARD bios.

It seem more easy to flash Award bios. :)

It seem a lot of "HELP!...dead..." or "...problem" or "...won't boot...", etc... with AMI bios flashing

So, pls advice and correct me if wrong ==

    The command:
    Code:
    Basic Usage:

    AFUDOS ROMFILE.ROM /P /C
. Program main BIOS image, reset CMOS to defaults

    AFUDOS ROMFILE.ROM /P /B /N /C
. Program main BIOS image & bootblock image
. Reset CMOS and NVRAM to defaults

    copy from AFUDOS 4.xx Readme
    - The above are standard, correct command string to FLASHing all of the bios (update or modded) for AMI bios ?? or there is another CORRECTLY command string ?? --- Why award is more easy (IMHO)...

    - How to know which version of AFUDOS to use with which version of AMI bios ?

    - How about AFUWIN provided by board-manufactures (example: ECS included the AFUWIN in the zip file together with ROM bios file), it okey to use with the standard/default setting ? or there is another hidden risk to flash using AFUWIN ??

    Thanks n Brgds
