Hi All My friend gave me his HTC one mini to fix which has a major problem, the screen is constantly frozen. The phone has never been dropped before and one day it just suddenly started happening (according to his words). Could this be a problem with the motherboard? Thanks
Try resetting the phone to it's factory settings...maybe there's a malware that's causing the phone to freeze or some corrupted system file can also cause such issue
