Have you edit ei.cfg before installation?

    Code:
    [EditionID]
    Enterprise

    [Channel]
    Retail

    [VL]

In these days is available only Volume license edition, not Retail or OEM version. For use your retail or OEM key, you must switch edition.

EI.cfg is located in sources folder. Make copy of downloaded image, open it on your image manager (like Ultra ISO) and edit this file. After that, burn it new image to DVD or make bootable USB stick. Install it.
