I was try to update BIOS under WIndows 10, my laptop was reset and update the bios normally but then stay on blank screen. Link to the BIOS file update: I try to put the link but I do not allow it. I am new, this is my first post. I have another same laptop and i dumped a BIOS copy with command line (extracted from exe update file) : H2OFFT-W.exe BIOS.fd -g and report this: Done. Read information from Rom OK. Warning: ME is locked. The ME region of the saved file is invalid I copy BIOS.fd (i dont know if is the correct name) on usb drive and holding fn+Esc while pressing power button but it does not work I would appreciate your help. Thanks for your reply. I dont have an eprom programmer. Today, I got the firmware in the following way. I ran the last bios update on a PC, gave me an error and went to my user's temp folder and copied the "isflash.bin" file to a usb drive. I put it on my laptop, pressed Fn + Esc and power. The cooler made a loud sound and the process started but nothing happened then. I feel lost, I do not know if it's the usb drive or something I'm doing wrong. I would appreciate any help. Robert
