    does this mod include the cert?

    i dont quite understand this slic 2.1 subject,does this mod includ cert. for win7? so i just install windows 7 and it will be activated by its own or the cert and public key is in the windows7 release??? or the cert and pk need to be injected afterward? i have the same board and bios (hp hdx 16 1155ca )so i could install this, thx in advance
