[HELP] Microsoft Security Essentials is not working

    msseces.exe is not running.....the MSE window flashes for a while.
    When I try to open it from Action Center, it shows that MSE can't be started...(view screen captures)
    Re-installing could not fix the problem.

    Please help.

    Just a quick guess - the Security Center service could be (for some reason) set to Disabled. In that case you need to re-enable it:

    Go to RUN and type services.msc

    Then go to the Security Center service, double-click and change the Start-up type to Automatic.

    Restart the PC and try running Security Essentials again...

    first turo on if not work remove and reinstal
