help!!! my lenovo 3000 n200 0769 upgrade to win7

    hi my laptop is lenovo 3000 n200 0769 bwg. i went to upgrade to windows7, but i met some trouble in upgrade. i dont konw what happen? please help. i think need the exact marker for my laptop's type.
    there are some pic for my problem in attach file.

    ths, one question-need i operate the marker in dos, then flash the bios in windows?

    i flashed the bod1 and bod2, but it still unsuccessful and no slic list.
