Hello. This very morning when I was about to start my computer, by some reason it started a program called Q-FLASH. I tried to restart the computer a few times, and I noticed there were no way around it! It simply said: "Prepare to start Q-FLASH". And to make everything worse, none of the options do anything at all! Someone else must have had the same problem. What am I supposed to do? Why did this error occur? I'm able to use other computers for downloading files etc, and I got myself a portable harddrive.

The motherboard I'm using is: Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-UD2H

Please help me, and please help me quickly.

Try opening your case and resetting bios, by closing the pins on your board.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...

Where exactlly can I find those pins? And will that not force me to reinstall pretty much everything on my computer?

alternatively, remove the lithium battery on mobo if you cannot locate the pins.
