Hello guys, I'm new to the forum, ended here because I'm about to change from W7 to W10. 1 - Didn't do it before since I work with a lot of adobe software (licenced, and had fears about incompatibilities since my W7 is yaargh. 2 - Had a recent upgrade to my setup so I belive it's time to change, still I want to keep my yaargh lifestyle with the M$ OS. What are the version I should get to safely update from 7 and surely get activated with KMS or something similar? Thank you in advance, Nuno
If you have 7 SP1 home premium it will upgrade to 10 Home and have a free Digital License. Pro or ultimate will upgrade to 10 Pro and have a free Digital License.
Mount a win 10 1709 multi-edition client iso, or use an usb or dvd and start setup.exe. Or use the Upgrade Assistant tool/MCT.
I just found this: cnet.com/how-to/microsoft-windows-10-free-upgrade-offer-assistive-features I have the ultimate version, I belive I can choose the pro version with this tool?
