[ OFF16 in W7x64] Hi, Opening the ISO of my OFF16 to repair or set up i have this problem: -setup.exe fail = bootstraper error, -Repair set up fail ( I cannot access to the option by the ISO or by panel control/program/repair>> error to init, the iso open and close with error bootstrapper) -All Update for OFF16 fail (download is ok but install = fail) and no luck with install directly the KB.exe fail, (from WHDownloader). -Error bootstrapper error -Error: Type: MsiOpenDatabase call failed.. This error drove me crazy until I figured it out. I chose the EASY WAY OUT and chose not to install ONE NOTE. If you do THAT, then you don't have to stop the printspooler. OneNote has something to do with installing Office that screws up the printspooler and throws that error and cancels the install. You can go BACK and add OneNote later under the Control Panel.
