    thanks a lot : below is some update :
    I buy a new HD instead of old 36G iscsi ， and instalation is OK. otherwise XP can not see the ISCSI HD . then under XP , open ISCISI adapta , install drivers , can see the ISCSI HD . o~~~~~~ done

    you can get the drivers from the same source you managed to get bios file from I,E, dell .
