hi I have vista ultimate 32bit. I ran nero setup, canceled and reran several times. The setup hasn't any error just reran. Then after choosing "typical" (next to custom setup) it displays: "Following software must be installed first: Nero Product Patcher Microsoft DirectX 9.0c ImagXPress Microsoft XML 4.0 SP2 Microsoft CRT 2005 KB973544 " But I have vista so there is directx 10.0. I installed all windows update. Do you all see this screen also?
You have to install these parts too in order to be able to install Nero. It doesn't matter if you have DirectX 10.0, because Nero, other software and the most games still need libraries of DirectX 9.0c which aren't included in DirectX 10.0.
