hi I figured out my problem, My Host computer is Amd Phenom x4 and 64 bit edition. I needed to change settings in my bios for multi core processing.

Try Vmware Player (free) or Vmware Workstation (paid).
Works great. I am unable to work with Hackintosh Virtualbox, kernel panic.

i'm using vmware workstation 7.1 as my host on win7 and run a virtual osx 10.6, works perfect, even got audio + partial 3d working thanks to zenith432's awesome work.

VirtualBox only lets you install Mac OS X on a Mac OS X host computer with Apple hardware.

vmware lets you install Mac OS X, but you need to patch it. Insanelymac has the answers to that, it's a nifty little app. Easy to find too.
