My laptop is HP G4 1303au. The system ID under battery is - 3564. My laptop is not starting it has black screen and only thing I can comprehend is the capslock light blinkling once every 3 seconds. I am not sure if it is BIOS problem. I tried win + b with 03564.bin and .sig files, but idk why system is not reading it. Thanks in advance.
