I am looking for help with the location on my laptop because of the bios chip in trying to update it, my laptop starts but nothing appears on the screen. If anyone can through a photo let me know its location on the motherboard so that I can proceed with its replacement. My laptop is Lenovo IdeaPad Y510 15303
It is not just that simple a lot of laptop bios chips are soldered to the motherboard and if your unsure what you are doing you could permanently screw up whole motherboard.
