hey guys i have a hp dv6000 laptop with windows vista 32 bit installed in it. but now i want 2 install windows server(any server version will do)....all the installation goes fine but whn it restarts for the second time it just doesnt boot up properly....it comes till the boot screen nd stays there forever.....plz help me guys i need to complete a server project in a week plzz guys plzz help me out.........thanks in advance
I'll get in first before someone else does Be aware of double posting, its unnecessary! The 'New Posts' that most people at a guess use shows topics from all threads. The threads are still useful for finding speific problems releated to specific OS's etc.

You could not be a bit MORE specific? What version, what media etc you used, did you update tpo latest BIOS? Did you make fresh install or some upgrade, can you boot in safe mode? sebus
I agree with you Sebus we need A LOT more information, positing it all over MDL will not get you a faster answer. Are you using a modified Server from Acen or anything? Where did you get it from?
