Hello, I have problems with administrative rights of optical devices. install Windows 10 on my computer, install Platinum 2015 Nero and UltraISO 9.6. Everything worked fine until you create a new administrator account and not allow me to use both Nero or play discs of my optical device.

I also happened to transfer the system to different hardware with EASEUS Todo Backup.

Explore on google looking for a solution but no me to solve the problem.

Nero BurningRights not work in Windows 10, it does not run.
Edit Local Security Policy -> Local Policies -> Security Options
Devices: Allow to format and eject removable media: Administrators and Interactive Users.
Devices: Restrict CD-ROM access only to locally logged on user: Enabled.

None of this I worked. Can someone help me out?

There's your problem. Need a clean install of the OS.

    (OP)

It is that the installation was made cleanly. The transfer system to different hardware with EASEUS Todo Backup is to install the operating system to many computers.

Also it occurs when "Nero Platinum 2015" is installed on a clean operating system and then a new administrator user is created, prevents the use of optical devices to all users. with a message when trying to open the device.
    "Access denied".
